Can I tour the grounds before booking?
We love sharing the beauty of our property with guests. On rare occasion; we will make appointments for potential guests to tour the units. Unschedule visits of the property are NOT allowed. We prioritize the privacy of currently guests and ask future guests to do the same.
How much are they and when can I book them?
Prices and unit availability is updated live on Airbnb and Vrbo. We ask all first time guests to book with us via Airbnb or Vrbo.
Returning guests will have the option to book directly starting in 2025.
Do we offer discounts for longer bookings?
Yes! Bookings of 7 or more days automatically receive a discount at the time of booking.
Do we allow early check-in and late check-out?
Availability of early check-in and late check-out depends on various factors.
Please contact us early to request changes to reservations time. Fees may apply.
Are the units private?
Yes, each of the rentals are private residence with their own front and rear door.
Each unit also has its own front porch with outdoor seating.
Is the laundry in the units or in a shared space?
Guests of the duplex units; 40 A and 40 B, have shared access to the laundry room.
This room has a large high efficiency washer and dryer. There is also a small ironing board, iron, and utility sink.
How to use the shared Hot tub?
Guests of the duplex units; 40 A and 40 B, have shared access to a 3-person luxury hot tub. The tub is located on the patio outside of the laundry room. Guest must follow the posted guidelines for use and shower prior to entering. Guests are recommended to limit soak time to 1 hour sessions when they are aware the other guests would also like to use the tub.
What coffee supplies can I expect?
Each unit has a Keurig Duo Plus Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker. Making it easy to brew using both k-cup pods or ground coffee. We provide an assortment of pods, whole coffee beans, packets of sugar, and creamer enough for a day or two.
What personal / cleaning supplies can I expect?
Each unit is stocked with at least a day or two worth of the following supplies; Hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwashing soap, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towel, dish sponge, all-purpose spray cleaner, mop, broom and dust pan.
