Fawnhurst Rentals
Fawnhurst will be temporarily closed for renovations due to damage from storm Helene. This unprecedented storm left our area and many areas in WNC devastated. We have been blessed that our recent improvements to the property helped us avoid significant damage. We still have a lot of work to do and are currently without water, power, or internet. Cell service has also been out and many open nearby stores are cash only.
We are hopeful to have Fawnhurst open again by October 8, 2024. This is our birthday, and it would be great day to celebrate our re-opening! Until then we are enjoying nightly campfires as the clean-up begins. We apologize for being unreachable. A special thanks to the people that checked in on us! Located less than 5 minutes from Asheville International Airport and The WNC Agricultural Center in Fletcher, NC. Our property allows easy access to Asheville, Hendersonville or Brevard. This area is well known for its trails, breweries, art and attractions. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, you'll feel right at home here.
We opened in March 2024 and host guests in our onsite duplex. Each duplex unit accomidates 2 - 4 persons. We welcome all first time guests to make reservations on Airbnb or Vrbo. We plan to accept direct bookings from returning guests in 2025.
